The TTE Press Tooling Department provides the same high standards of quality known in its dies, to all the press support tooling our customers need to stay up and running. We have the capability to build any size stem or dummy block.

Our innovative process for relining containers demonstrates TTE's forward engineering and production style. Container manufacturing, relining and re-facing is accomplished in-house, and TTE keeps hardened liners on hand for a quick turnaround for relining jobs. We have constructed an automated system for removing & replacing container liners. You can watch this process in action by viewing our video machine tour on the home page.

A large dummy block inventory is maintained to assure quick response. Our inventory includes both quick-change and screw-on blocks for more than 200 presses worldwide, the largest being 25 inches. Our quick-change system allows for even dummy block wear, saving the customer press downtime.
